The rental space is 2500 square feet including a reception area, large event space with mood-light stage, greeting area, bar area, and small lobby with restroom.

5 hour event block: $600
Includes set-up & clean up
Damage deposit: $150
Rental deposit: $300
Half of the total cost due (15) days prior to event
Remaining balance: $300
Due the day before the event
